　　Take a piece of cucumber and cut one side flat. Cut out several small nuggets from the top, then cut the cucumber into slices as shown in the photos, slide the pieces to an angle to form the grid.

　　Take a small piece of cucumber, cut flat on 3 sides. On the top uncut side, cut in thin slices without cutting through the cucumber. Then from an angle, cut into the cucumber about 1cm, then flip the strings of cucumber skin to one side. Repeat this by flipping to alternative sides, then you will achieve the bamboo shape.
