3. 建立了GP73的检测试剂盒,利用临床肝癌肝炎病人样本做了前期测试,发现GP73比传统诊断标志物AFP更具有灵敏性和特异性。此后中国医学科学院通过大规模的临床实验也证实了GP73作为肝癌诊断标志物的特异性和灵敏性。
4.创建了佛山市烨泰科技有限公司,成为中国科学院南海生物医药科技产业中心首批入驻企业。开发了用于致病微生物现场检测的分子诊断微系统。 同时,公司还基于项目组自主筛选的GP73蛋白单克隆抗体,开发了用于肝癌早期诊断的GP73 ELISA定量检测试剂盒,在检测灵敏度及特异性方面都优于传统的甲胎蛋白,对早期发现肝癌、治疗肝癌、提高肝癌患者的生存质量具有重要意义。
