A Study of the Effect of Chinese Shadow Boxing on Mental Hea

摘要:

为了探讨太极拳与女性老年人心理健康之间的关系,本研究采用实验研究的方法,选取65±5岁的女性老人,进行为期六个月的太极拳锻炼,运用心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别于实验前、两个月的锻炼后、四个月的锻炼后和六个月的锻炼后对受试者进行问卷调查,重复测量的分析结果表明:时间具有主效应,女性老年人的心理健康水平(F=3.27,P=0.001)随着锻炼时间的变化发生了显著变化.通过分析,本研究得出以下结论:(1)太极拳锻炼能促进女性心理健康;(2)太极拳锻炼存在着长期健康效益,因此,对于女性老年人来说,太极拳必须长期坚持,并养成习惯,使锻炼健康效益长期发挥作用.

Abstract:

In order to discuss the relationship between physical exercise and mental health of female elderly,we employ experimental method to chose female elderly with age 65±5,and let them do taijiquan exercise and mental health of aged women,on the basis of the shortcomings of the studies in this field.Experimentation have been employed to probe into this research.The results as fowllows:Time have a main effect on mental health(F=3.27,P=0.001) of aged women.From the analysis of the research results above,the conclusion can be drawn as Follows:1)Taijiquan exercise can improve the mental health of aged women;2)taijiquan exercise can improve the mental heath of aged women in a long term.So old women need to keep doing exercise and be used to it to keep their health.
