Unique-flavored okonomi yaki
创建于2012年,米谷实原本是佛山某公司的设计师,一次在广州吃了章鱼小丸子,并觉得跟日本正宗的小丸子差别太大了!思前想后,他决定辞去工作,希望把正宗的日本大阪烧带到佛山。
With the shop founded in 2012, Yonetani Minoru was previously a designer in a Foshan’s company. But after he has tried the takoyaki in Guangzhou, he figured out that it was far different from the authentic Japanese takoyaki. After a consideration, Yonetani Minoru decided to quit his job and bring the authentic okonomi yaki to Foshan.

You can taste the okonomi yaki that is showed in the cartoon here. Yonetani Minoruis a Japanese cook and he mainly makes okonomi yaki, a famous snack in Japan.
其中加入丰富的卷心菜,日本甘醋红姜,天麸罗,面粉,鲜鸡蛋等,然后再上面铺上新鲜的大虾,猪肉或鱿鱼,在铁板上烘制而成,口味十分独特。

A food story behind a transnational romance
这家店的主人是一对夫妇,男主人Stefano是意大利博洛尼亚人,9年前来佛山做陶瓷机械工程师。女主人叫琴姐。8年前,两人搭136路公交车认识,发展出一段浪漫的跨国恋,最终走在一起。
The shop is run by a couple. The host of the shop is Stefano from Bologna of Italy, who has ever worked as a ceramic mechanical engineer in Foshan. Stefano’s wife is Miss Qin, who met Stefano on the No.136 bus in Foshan and started a romantic transnational love.

这款叫迷迭香烤土豆,是原块生土豆加上意大利迷迭香,配上SrefanoZanella调制的香料,很赞的一款素食菜。
It’s called roasted potato with rosemary made of raw potato and Italian rosemary, which makes it a perfect vegetarian dish if matching with the perfume made by Stefano.
这款叫(白汁鱼扒)是摩卡意大利餐厅开了八年多的招牌菜。白汁由Stefano亲自调制,深受新老顾客的喜爱。
The steak with white fish sauce has been the signature dish in Moka Italian Restaurant for more than 8 years. The white fish sauce is made personally by Stefano and it’s popular among old and new customers.
