(原作者:任可欣)摘 要:中老年人经过长期的太极拳锻炼血清NO含量和总NOS活性显著升高,为分析太极拳运动提高总NOS活性的原因,本文在先前研究的基础上对cNOS和iNOS活性的变化进行了进一步的研究。方法:太极拳组为19名社区居民,平均年龄59.05±4.44岁,在专门教练的指导下进行简化24式太极拳锻炼,每周五次,每次60分钟,共12周;对照组17人在同一社区随机选取,平均年龄58.23±4.18岁,实验期间保持原有的生活习惯不变。实验前后分别抽取受试者安静状态下空腹肘静脉血4ml,离心分离血清后,测量血清血清TNOS、cNOS、iNOS的活性。结果:太极拳组血清TNOS、cNOS活性无论是自身前后比较(P<0.01)还是与对照组相比(P<0.05)都有显著的升高,iNOS活性无明显变化。结论:(1)长期规律的太极拳锻炼明显增强老年人血清TNOS的活性,进而增加NO的合成。(2)在NOS的各种同功酶中,cNOS的活性增加明显,iNOS活性无显著变化,说明太极拳运动只在生理范围内增加NO的量,不会对身体产生毒性作用。

Abstract:Long-term Tai jiquan exercise can increase the content of nitric oxide and the activity of total nitric oxide in serum for the middle-aged and the aged.This research has further studied the effect of Tai jiquan on serum cNOS and iNOS based on previous studies in order to find out the causes of the increase of the activity of total nitric oxide due to Tai jiquan exercise.Methods:36 healthy community dwelling subjects aged from 55 to 65 years were divided into Tai jiquan group (n=19) and the controlling group (n=17).The Tai jiquan group participated in a 12-week simplified Tai jiquan training program led by a Tai jiquan instructor,with an exercise frequency of 5 days per week and 60 minutes per day.At the same time,the controlling group kept their life style as before.With an overnight fast,all the subjects’ venous blood samples were drawn by 4ml prior and after the experimental period.The blood samples were centrifuged immediately and as serums were separated,active serum total nitric oxide,constitutive nitric oxide,inducible nitric oxide were measured.Results:TNOS and cNOS activity of the Tai jiquan group is much higher than either the controlling group(P<0.05) or 12-week before (P<0.01),while the change in iNOS is not remarkable.Conclusions:(1) Long-term Tai jiquan exercise can enhance the activity of TNOS,which can promote the synthesis of NO.(2) Long-term Tai jiquan exercise can increase the content of serum nitric oxide within the physiological scope,which is innocuous to the human body.

人体随年龄的增长内皮功能会出现异常,主要表现为内皮依赖的血管扩张功能持续降低,其原因为内皮细胞NO合成和分泌降低。本人在先前的研究中发现,中老年人经过长期规律的太极拳锻炼后血清NO含量和总NOS活性显著高于锻炼前,改善内皮舒张功能,是太极拳运动有益于心血管健康的机制之一。
NO是以L-精氨酸和O2为底物,在三种不同NOS同功酶的作用下催化合成的。Ⅰ型神经元型NOS(nNOS)和Ⅲ型内皮细胞型NOS(eNOS)需要Ca2+激活,合称为结构型NOS(cNOS),而Ⅱ型诱导型NOS(inducibleNOS,iNOS)因为与Ca2+/CaM有很强的亲和力,即便胞浆内Ca2+为静息水平仍能使iNOS激活,所以iNOS为Ca2+非依赖性酶。为分析太极拳运动提高总NOS活性的原因,本文对cNOS和iNOS活性的变化进行了进一步的研究。
1 研究对象和研究方法
1.1 研究对象
本实验选取吉林省四平市某社区居民19人为太极拳组,另随机选取同社区居民17人为对照组。受试者年龄55~65岁,职业为教师、医生、干部等,均身体健康,排除高血压、高血脂、心血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性器质性病变,均未进行过太极拳及其它形式的有规律的体育锻炼。两组基本情况列于表1和表2,各指标间无明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。
